Impact Radio Group is offering a unique and rewarding career as a Digital Sales Manager. The DSM will be responsible for the digital revenue goals of the local sales team in coordination with the Regional Director of Sales. In this position you will have the opportunity to create custom digital campaigns for new and existing clients in effort to generate results for clients and repeatable revenue for Impact Radio Group.

Primary Responsibilities of the Digital Sales Manager

  • Create annual and monthly digital sales goals in coordination with Regional DOS
  • Monitor Account Executive sales pipeline and percent to goal in coordination with Local Sales Manager
  • Assist AEs in digital campaign creation, sales, and execution to ensure results and positive client experience
  • Coach and train Account Executives as needed to maximize digital sales potential
  • Develop workflow and processes surrounding digital sales in coordination with Regional DOS
  • Look for local talent and maintain relationships with people of interest who may be a good fit for our team
  • Provide necessary updates and training in weekly sales meetings in coordination with LSM
  • Assist in problem solving as needed



Preferred Skills:
