Iliad Media Twin Falls is offering a unique and rewarding career as a General Sales Manager. The GSM will be responsible for the Radio and Digital revenue goals of the local sales team. In this position you will have the opportunity to create custom advertising campaigns in effort to generate results for new and existing clients and repeatable revenue for Iliad Media Twin Falls.

Future General Sales Manager Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years active media sales management experience.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and help sellers in closing business.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Accountable and committed to personal growth.
  • Coachable.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confidence.
  • Creativity.
  • Positive attitude/outlook on life and work.
  • Healthy desire to be competitive in the building and in the market.
  • Understanding of Nielsen Ratings
  • Understanding of Digital and Social Media with proven success in monetizing both
  • Experience and success with National and Regional Ad buying
  • Track record of personal and industry achievements
  • Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate and maintain  relationships
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work closely with the CEO


Preferred Skills:

College degree not required if candidate can demonstrate at least seven years of electronic media experience with a minimum of three of those years as radio or TV management experience.
