Responsible for greeting visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
•Operate telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
•Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
•Provide information to callers
•Deal with queries from the public and customers
•Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
•General administrative and clerical support
•Prepare letters and documents
•Receive and sort mail and deliveries
•Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
•Tidy and maintain the reception area
Education & Experience/Certifications
•High school diploma required
•1 -- 2 years of office experience
Skills & Abilities
•Resourceful, self-motivated, and independent with the ability to deal with people of all levels within and outside the organization.
•Ability to multi-task
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
•Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
