KXLY Radio Group is a part of the KXLY Broadcast Group, a Morgan Murphy Media company.  We are a family-owned, people first business located in Spokane, Washington, and ourcommunity is at the core of what we do and who we are.  Phase 3 Digital provides strategy and digital media buying for promotional and on-going marketing efforts and we currently have nine physical operating properties including Spokane, WA.


About this opportunity:

Our digital agency is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.  We are strategy and results driven and are continuing to grow our long-lasting partnerships with advertisers. In this role, you must recognize and value the impact we have on our clients’ businesses. If you are a client-focused, motivated, and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and digital advertising advancements, platforms and trends of both advertisers and consumers in the digital media space, then we are looking for you!


What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with clients and agencies to provide campaign insight, discuss performance metrics, and review performance goals.
  • Track and monitor monthly report data. Utilize that data to help make on-going campaign recommendations
  • Track and monitor creative performance
  • Establish realistic client goals & ensuring other team members understand client goals
  • Collaborate with Manager of Digital Strategy and other team members to maintain high client happiness and satisfaction


What you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Facebook Ads Manager / Google Ads / Google Analytics / Reporting
  • Proven track record of account management experience delivering measurable growth through marketing
  • Experience in core aspects of digital marketing (PPC, Display, Social Media, SEO, Video, and Email Marketing)
  • Experience with some or all standard tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, Photoshop, Wordpress, Asana, etc.
  • Excellent computer skills: Windows environment, Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Capacity for critical thinking and employing the strategy to map out and reverse engineer client account funnels to create a better understanding of defining winning strategy.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, including learning new technology.
  • Past agency experience is a plus, but having experience with full-funnel analysis across an array of business types is most advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, assist in multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
  • Maintain positive communication with members of all departments, customers, listeners, and outside vendors
