About this opportunity:

Our digital agency is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.  We are strategy and results driven and are continuing to grow our long-lasting partnerships with advertisers. In this role, you must recognize and value the impact we have on our clients’ businesses. If you are a client-focused, motivated, and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and digital advertising advancements, platforms and trends of both advertisers and consumers in the digital media space, then we are looking for you! 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee technical aspects of digital sales efforts for 7 account executives representing our digital ad agency and 7 radio stations.
  • Support Account Executive in presenting digital solutions
  • Assist with inventory management for all digital solutions
  • Create customized digital packages
  • Assist in higher level development of new digital products and services
  • Create sales collateral such as one-sheets and proposals
  • Work with 3rd party vendors on digital RFPs, campaign optimization, reporting, and rolling out new products
  • Manage campaign reporting and campaign optimization
  • Research and stay up-to-date on new online technology and advertising opportunities
  • Work directly with clients and agencies to provide campaign insight, discuss performance metrics, and review performance goals.
  • Track and monitor monthly report data. Utilize that data to help make on-going campaign recommendations
  • Track and monitor creative performance
  • Establish realistic client goals & ensuring other team members understand client goals
  • Supervise the on-site digital  team members to maintain high client happiness and satisfaction

 

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising (digital account management or product management experience desired); experience in a start-up environment a plus
  • Be a self-motivated problem solver with strong organization skills, an attention to detail, and keen analytical skills; ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, DFP and/or other digital ad serving platforms as well as Facebook Ads Manager / Google Ads / Google Analytics / Reporting
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including sales, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of the digital space, digital trends and the future of digital products
  • Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to assist with multiple projects and tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills
  • Ability to develop existing accounts and find ways to grow revenue
  • Proven track record of account management experience delivering measurable growth through marketing
  • Experience in core aspects of digital marketing (PPC, Display, Social Media, SEO, Video, and Email Marketing)
  • Capacity for critical thinking and employing the strategy to map out and reverse engineer client account funnels to create a better understanding of defining winning strategy
  • Comfortable with data analysis, including learning new technology
  • Past agency experience is a plus but experience with full-funnel analysis across an array of business types is most advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
  • Maintain positive communication with members of all departments, customers, listeners, and outside vendors

Pay range: $24.04/hour - $33.66/hour
