KXLY Radio Group/Phase 3 Digital is looking for a Sales Representative to grow and manage advertising businessas well as focus on prospecting and closing new business in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene market.  Being a Sales Representative means your gratification is directly tied to the work you do in the community with local business leaders. Pay range:  The compensation range for this role is $45,000/year - $150,000/year which includes a beginning guarantee + supplemental pay including commission. Beginning guarantee is $45,000/year-$72,000/year depending upon experience. Earned commissions, ranging from 5% to 20% net, based on the product sold, are paid when the 12-month guarantee is exceeded, or are the complete basis of compensation after 12 months.  Commissions are paid on a monthly basis as earned.  We also offer a $50/month cell phone allowance.
